Ingredients:

Fish broth, one cup

Turmeric powder, one teaspoon

Onion, one cup

Lemon juice, half cup

Seafood mince, half pound

Powdered cumin, half tablespoon

Smoked paprika, half teaspoon

Water, one cup

Minced garlic, two tablespoon

Minced ginger, two tablespoon

Cilantro, half cup

Olive oil, two tablespoon

Chopped tomatoes, one cup

Instructions:

Take a pan.

Add in the oil and onions.

Cook the onions until they become soft and fragrant.

Add in the chopped garlic and ginger.

Cook the mixture and add the tomatoes into it.

Add the spices and seafood mince.

Add in the broth.

Mix the ingredients carefully and cover your pan.

Add cilantro on top.

Your dish is ready to be served.
